We would hereby like to inform you that tomorrow, 2th of August 2024, PROPHON is starting:

the payment of distributed amounts for performer and producer remunerations for 2023.
the payment of expired and unclaimed performer and producer remunerations relating to 2019 usage. According to the Distribution Regulatives, the redistribution is performed on the basis of average airplay for the respective year of distribution – 2019.
 
From tomorrow onwards one can contact razpredelenie@prophon.org or the respective account in order to start the payment procedure.
 
A kind reminder that according  to the Distribution Regulatives all rightsholders that have already identified themselves with PROPHON in terms of their personal data, up-to-date email address and bank details will receive the necessary documents on the email address last provided by them.
 
In order to make the payment, we would need the following:

·         Confirmation that the details in the statement are correct;

·         Invoice for the amount in the statement;

·         Application of the Double Taxation Avoidance Treaty if applicable.
