Оn the 26th of June, 2023 PROPHON is starting the payment of performer and producer remunerations from the preliminary radio and web distribution for 2022 usage.

The distribution is based on 58 radiostations reports, which have been submitted and processed and we can start the payment immediately. The definitive distribution will be done as per usual in September 2023. 

From the 26th of June (Monday) onwards one can contact razpredelenie@prophon.org  or the respective account in order to start the payment procedure.

As a result:

• The PROPHON team will prepare and send the necessary documents for payment based on the information provided by the Right Holder to the email pointed by him/her - this applies to Right Holders who have already identified themselves to PROPHON with their personal data, an up-to-date email address and an up-to-date bank account .

• The right holder has a 14-day period to review and notify PROPHON in writing (email: razpredelenie@prophon.org ) of circumstances that require changes to the provided data or distributed rewards.

• PROPHON proceeds to pay the amounts before the expiration of the 14-day period, in the event that the Right Holder explicitly confirms (by email: razpredelenie@prophon.org ) that the data in the sent documents are correct. For legal entities and VAT-registered individuals, payment is made after the Right Holder issues and provides an invoice.

• Documents certifying the payment of distributed remunerations are issued within the statutory deadlines or at the request of the right holder.
